What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We focus on local and regional small businesses — real estate agencies, med-spas, home services companies, professional service firms, and retail. If your team is spending hours on repetitive work that doesn't require your expertise, we can probably help.

How long does an engagement take?

Most engagements run 2–4 weeks from audit to deployment. The Launchpad Audit takes 1–2 days. We deliver a Blueprint in 3–5 days. Deployment and training typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.

How much does it cost?

All engagements are flat-fee — no hourly billing, no surprises. Project fees vary based on scope, but most of our engagements run between $4,000 and $12,000 all-in. We provide a specific quote in the Blueprint phase before you commit to any build work.

How quickly will I see ROI?

Most clients see full ROI within 60 days. The math is simple: if we save you 20 hours per week and your effective hourly rate is $100, that's $8,000 per month in recovered capacity — before counting revenue upside from faster lead response and higher conversion rates.

Do I need to change my existing software?

Usually not. We build integrations between the tools you already use — your CRM, calendar, email, invoicing software, and others. Sometimes we identify redundant tools you can eliminate, but we never force you onto a new platform.

Do you build custom software or use existing tools?

Both. We start by evaluating whether existing automation platforms (like Zapier, Make, or AI APIs) can solve your problem before building anything custom. When off-the-shelf tools fit, they're faster and cheaper. When they don't, we build bespoke solutions — as we did with our own product, Motif.

What happens after the project is delivered?

We train your team on everything we build and document the systems clearly. We remain available for questions after launch. For ongoing changes or new automation work, we offer follow-on project engagements.
